Terex Corporation Administrative Assistant in Louisville, Kentucky
Sales & Service Support
This position is responsible for all areas of sales support and service for Terex Aftermarket Parts Phone Sales: sales orders, documentation, inquiries, troubleshooting, and administrative follow-through while working with the customer service team for order fulfillment.
Review back orders for sourcing and delivery to the customer in a timely manner.
Release purchase orders when inventory arrives to fulfill back order
Document special requests and assist with incoming calls by monitoring the business phone line as needed (this position is a back up to receptionist)
Provide order follow-up, status tracking, delivery dates and shipping methods to customers.
Generation and distribution of back order reports.
Weekly phone communication with dealer network on status of back orders.
Work closely with Supply Chain team on items such as incoming inventory and lead times of parts.
Other duties as assigned
HS Diploma or GED
2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales environment
MS Office including Intermediate level Excel
Experience working within a parts call center
