Role Summary

The successful candidate will learn and assist with repairs and maintenance of aerial work platforms while completing a trade qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and learn about the overall delivery of scheduled servicing and periodic inspections of our equipment;

  • Ensure compliance with the Terex policy, procedures, and work instructions; documented quality system; and all OH&S procedures and policies;

  • Maintain effective communications from the Service Department with all internal and external customers and team members;

  • Assist and develop skills around communicating through all relevant documentation;

  • Represent the company in a professional manner when performing work on site for customers;

  • Travel when necessary to assist with and learn how to carry out offsite repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be:

  • Committed to completing an apprenticeship;

  • Self-motivated with an enthusiasm to learn;

  • Possess a mechanical aptitude;

  • Hold a current Driver’s License;

  • Believe in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
